What does everyone think of having a mandatory gate code change? Many residents have had the same code for over a decade. During that time, many vendors, delivery teams, movers and service technicians have gotten our codes.

This represents not only a security issue, but for non-residents using the community as a shortcut, it reduces the life expentancy of our roads. We have also had non-community members have collisions with equipment near the water tower, resulting in costly repairs.
